LE MOULIN BREGEON
 CUISINE COURSE DESCRIPTIONS

Custom Cooking Courses for your Family and Friends

Our programs at le Moulin Breeon are unique.  You can choose to work at the Mill with resident chefs, and or visit on site Michelin rated restaurants and top pastry shops for hands-on classes with our guest chefs throughout Anjou.  Personalized cooking and/or baking courses for two or more can be accommodated throughout the year; please contact Kathryn to begin this process.  Chef Kathryn will interview you and determine your level of experience (novices are welcome!).  She will then custom-design a program for you and your friends and family.

Classic Opera Gateau
This culinary cooking program in France is unique.  There is no pre-set, standardized program.  I will customize the menus you learn with the chefs to the skill and interest level of each group.  You are able to work with a variety of culinary chefs, in multiple kitchen locations.  You will have cooking lessons, and lessons in baking and breads.  Some chefs come to the inn to teach, and other times we go to the chefs' kitchens for classes.  The chefs have taught professional-level classes as well as recreational-level, and will tailor their instruction to your needs.  Classes are taught in English or are translated -- there is no need to speak French.
