Welcome to the Cuisine Courses at Le Moulin Bregeon, a luxury country inn in the western Loire Valley.

My name is Kathryn Gordon, and I am a chef-instructor at  The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in NYC who has been friends with the owners of Le Moulin Bregeon since 1999.  I help customize delicious cooking vacations for friends and famillies, and I also lead my own annual cooking and baking course to Le Moulin Bregeon every spring. 

Classes are open to all experience levels, are in English (or translated for you) and hands-on.  You will work with a variety of professional chefs  and bakers who are friends of Le Moulin Bregeon, and prepare a range of regional cuisine ranging from country-famiy style to fine dining.
